How it works?

Just follow these simple instructions depending on either you as an international merchant or your vendor (seller) provide free delivery within the USA or not:
I. IF YOU OR YOUR VENDOR (SELLER) PROVIDE DELIVERIES WITHIN THE USA, then:
  1. Get an international shipping price quote in our website depending on service required for your international sea freight shipment.
     
  2. Then schedule your international seafreight shipment as a self-delivered to ocean carrier's ship terminal (Container Freight Station, Quality Load Warehouse, Ocean freight carrier's pier). I.e. proceed to the booking of your international seafreight shipment via the Option A in your price quote.

    Note: For FCL international seafreight shipments (Full Container Load. I.e. shipping freight in entire containers) the self-delivery option may not be available. Unless you are a professional and licensed freight forwarder, for FCL shipments you always have to request an empty container delivery to your cargo location for the load (the Option B in our online FCL quotes).

    Note: If you ship an LCL freight (Boxes, crates or pallets), then the most cost-effective way is to ship your goods via cities listed in our website in UPPER CASES and WITHOUT asterisk (*). ATLANTA, GA for example. Shipments via terminals WITH asterisk, Akron, OH* for example, will be subject to line-haul charge added on top of international ocean freight. For more information please read FAQ section in our LCL service.
     
  3. Upon your online booking and a security deposit (if necessary) we will email to you or to your vendor our dock receipt/international shipping instructions for delivery of your cargo to an ocean carrier's ship terminal.

    Note: Besides other info our dock receipt/international shipping instructions will contain an INTERNATIONAL OCEAN CARRIER SHIP TERMINAL ADDRESS (1) assigned to your shipment and CARRIER'S BOOKING# (2).
     
  4. Follow our instructions.

    MAKE SURE THAT YOU PUT INTERNATIONAL OCEAN FREIGHT CARRIER'S BOOKING# AS THE MAIN REFERENCE NUMBER IN ALL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO DELIVERY OF YOUR CARGO TO THE OCEAN FREIGHT CARRIER'S RECEIVING TERMINAL. YOUR CARGO WILL BE RECOGNIZED AT THE INTERNATIONAL OCEAN FREIGHT CARRIER'S TERMINAL BY THE BOOKING#, accepted to the international shipment under our dock receipt and shipped to the destination overseas.
     
II. IF YOU OR YOUR VENDOR (SELLER) DO NOT PROVIDE DELIVERIES WITHIN THE USA, then:
  1. At a time of getting an international shipping price quote in our website select YES, PICKUP REQUIRE.
     
  2. Then book your international seafreight shipment via our price quote received in email, which will include the pickup option.

    We will pick up your boxed or crated goods at a requested location and ship it to the destination overseas.
Note: By default our automated online international shipping system emails all information and documents to consigners (shippers) as submitted in our online booking forms. IF YOU ARE A CONSIGNEE (RECIPIENT) OR A THIRD PARTY AND WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE COPIES OF OUR EMAIL, THEN ASK AS TO DO THAT IN A SEPARATE EMAIL OR PUT A NOTE ABOUT THAT IN THE 'COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS' FIELD OF OUR ONLINE BOOKING FORM (THE LAST BLOCK IN ONLINE BOOKING FORMS).

Upon your authorization we may also contact your vendor on your behalf. Retrieving and providing of general info is free of charge. Resolving time-consuming, more complicated issues is subject to an hourly fee. That should be negotiated with us in advance and paid as agreed upon our final invoice.
